Rachel Lindon

Rachel LINDON has been practicing general criminal law, business criminal law, international criminal law, human rights law, immigration law and press law for nearly 20 years.

Since taking her oath in 2006, she has joined leading criminal law firms, before setting up her own firm in 2009, followed by ATTICUS AVOCATS in 2011, and LRC AVOCATS in 2017.

In 2009, she was elected secretary of the Paris Bar Conference, and in this capacity intervened in numerous criminal proceedings.

She has developed a criminal litigation practice, extradition expertise, and a consultancy and litigation practice in general criminal law, business criminal law, environmental criminal law, aviation criminal law, immigration law and press law.

Having developed expertise in international law, she has been able to initiate and intervene in proceedings brought before international jurisdictions such as the International Criminal Court, the European Court of Human Rights, the ECOWAS Court of Justice and UN panels and committees.

She has been appointed to defend persons accused of international corruption abroad and crimes against humanity before the International Criminal Court, and to defend victims of the Tutsi genocide before national courts.

Rachel LINDON assists her clients, both private individuals and companies, in litigation proceedings initiated in France and which may have international ramifications, for example, in the context of fraud proceedings, but also air accidents, fraud, particularly VAT fraud, and money laundering.

Member of the Paris and Madrid Bars, she has been admitted to the list of counsel for the International Criminal Court and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon.

She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
