Mathilde Aublé

Mathilde AUBLÉ practices in criminal law, international criminal law, immigration law and asylum law.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.

With a wealth of experience in the courts (notably in the genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes section of the Paris Judicial Tribunal), defense teams before international criminal courts (Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia) and non-governmental organizations, she joined Rachel LINDON's firm in 2020.

Her practice focuses on criminal law and international criminal law. She represents defendants and civil parties at all stages of criminal proceedings.

Trained and experienced in human rights and international criminal law, she regularly handles cases involving crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, notably before French assize courts.

Mathilde AUBLÉ also advises on immigration law before administrative courts and tribunals of appeal, as well as before the liberty and custody judge.

She also specializes in asylum law, assisting many asylum seekers before Ofpra and the French Asylum Court (CNDA).

Highly committed to defending vulnerable people, she works as a volunteer for several associations, including Cimade.

Mathilde AUBLÉ is fluent in English and Spanish, and holds a double Master's degree in French and Spanish law.
