Louis Falgas qualified in 2021 after several years' experience in renowned law firms such as Antonin Lévy & Associés and Dalmasso Avocats, as well clerking with the judges of the 11th and 32th criminal chambers of the Paris Judicial Court.
Louis Falgas honed his expertise in business & human rights law as well as white collar crime and investigations at Allen & Overy, where, as an associate. He assisted executives, companies and individuals in complex criminal cases. He is involved at every stage of proceedings, from judicial investigations, police custody to court hearings, and handles cases involving tax fraud, money laundering and complex financial fraud.
Alongside this expertise, Louis Falgas has developed his competency in criminal law and international criminal law, whether on projects in the United States, where he worked as a legal assistant at the Capital Appeals Project in New Orleans, a firm specializing in the criminal defense of death row inmates, or in cases before French courts involving genocide, crimes against humanity and terrorism, as well as other crimes and offences.
Louis FALGAS is also strongly committed to representing asylum seekers. He worked in Greece with the Legal Centre Lesvos, where he assisted asylum seekers and took part in strategic litigation aimed at improving their living conditions. In France, he assists asylum seekers before the OFPRA and CNDA.
He joined LINDON's criminal team in 2024.
